Every ingredient and supplier used in Inba has been carefully researched and selected. We prioritise working with organic, pesticide free farmers and growers and small scale artisan food producers.
Meat

Beef: Via Hiron & Sons, from our own bullocks between July & December, the rest of the year, sourced from other local farms

Lamb: Via Hiron & Sons, a mixture of our own lambs and from other local farms

Venison: Shot locally around Hartland area

Chicken: Slow grown Free Range chicken from Beechridge farm in Somerset

Pork: Outdoor reared pork from a small scale farm in Somerset

Organic Creme Fraiche - Yeo Valley or Vrai

Cheese - Sourced from a selection of small dairy producers via the Fine Cheese Co and Magdalen Cheese in Exeter.
